David Xueling Li is the co-founder and CEO of YY Inc., a revolutionary rich communication social platform that engages users in real-time online group activities through voice, text, and video.

Having founded the company in 2005, Li is currently incharge of the overall management, decision making, R&D, and strategic planning of YY Inc.

Prior to YY Inc., Li worked as a chief editor at Netease.com from July 2003 to April 2005. Li also founded CFP.cn in 2000, a website that provided a copyright trading platform for journalists and amateur photographers.

Li received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Renmin University of China in 1997.
