Young-Suk Jeon is Chief Operating Officer of KTSAT, the only satellite operator in Korea, expanding its coverage from Asia-Pacific regions to Africa. He is a current board member of Asia Pacific Satellite Communications Council(called “APSCC”), actively showing his influential opinions on the new age of satellite and innovation based on his long period of knowledge in telecommunication industry. Prior to this position, He has served various leading roles in KT corporation, the largest integrated telecommunications and media company in Korea. He was previously a CFO of NTC corp, a leading mobile operator in the Primorskiy region of Russia, and CEO of Olleh Rwanda Networks in Rwanda where he successfully led KTs overseas businesses as a Joint Venture with renowned local companies. Dr. Jeon earned an MBA degree in Seoul National University and received Ph.D at Westminster University, London.
