Mr. Zohar Gilon is a Managing Partner at Tamar Technology Ventures. He has personally invested in over 45 start-ups and has achieved 13 exits. Mr. Gilon has also served as the Transaction Manager for some of Israel's most highly recognized exits and has managed each deal from inception through completion, including pricing and distributions. He has extensive investment experience including activity as an angel investor and an Investment Advisor to the Gilon Group. Mr. Gilon is a private investor in numerous high-technology companies, including affiliates of Radcom Ltd. in Israel. From 1974 to 1993, Mr. Gilon served as the President of various companies representing major U.S. aerospace and electronics corporations. From November 1993 to August 1995, he served as the President of W.S.P. Capital Holdings Ltd. Previously he served, as the Managing Director of Shaked Technologies Ltd. He serves as a Director of HCL CleanTech Ltd., RIT, AVT Ltd., Oberon Media, Inc., Edge Medical, Exlibris, OrSense Ltd., and WisAir Ltd. He served as a Director of RAD Ventures. Mr. Gilon served as a Director of RiT Technologies Ltd. since 1995, Ceragon Networks Ltd. since June 1999, Radware Ltd. from October 2006 to July 2009 and Radcom Ltd. since June 1995. He served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Advanced Vision Technology (AVT) Limited. He served as an Outside Director of Silicom Ltd. since 1994.
