Harry Halpin is a Research Scientist at MIT and Chief Executive Officer at Nym Technologies SA. He is the project coordinator of the European Commission project NEXT LEAP on secure messaging. He also works on anonymous communication and mix-networking. Previously, he led the standardization of the WebCrypto API at W3C across all major browsers. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh in Informatics.
