Founded ZOOM International in January 1999 and was the CEO of the company until February 2017. Without any external funding built a respected WFO player in the industry with 120+ people and 1,400+ customers in 80 countries. In March 2017 stepped down as a CEO and created a spin-off from called Ytica to disrupt the cloud-based call center market.
